NHLA Style Guidelines

When referring to our organization in news articles, please use the following guidelines:

The official name of the organization is National Hardwood Lumber Association. Our correct abbreviation is NHLA. The first reference to the organization should be National Hardwood Lumber Association and references thereafter should be NHLA or the Association.

NHLA Logo Standards Policy

The new NHLA logo is now available. Use of the old NHLA logo should cease as of January 1, 2009. The NHLA logo policy serves as a visual representation of the association. The logo system and associated policies give NHLA a consistent visual image that makes it easy for our many audiences to recognize the association and to clearly identify specific policies associated with NHLA.

Please read carefully the logo standards, available for download by clicking here. (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, click here to download.)
